Common questions

How much notice do you need before a market day?

For stall allocations and table hire we ask for at least two weeks so that the pitch map and equipment list can be confirmed with the organiser. Larger seasonal programmes benefit from one to two months of planning, which gives us time to visit the site and agree a full calendar.

Can you coordinate a single market or a whole season?

Both are possible. Some organisers engage us for one weekend swap meet, while others ask us to run the allocation and load-in work across an entire calendar of market days. We scale the plan to the number of pitches, the site and the number of traders expected.

Do you work with first-time traders?

Yes. A large share of the traders we support are trying a market for the first time. The support line is there for practical questions about arrival, tables and the rain plan, and the goods sourcing desk can help with stock and simple display advice.
